2,400 emails in 26 days.

That just can’t be good. Damn the god damned spam. Don’t be surprised if I soon turn my email address into a form mail to try to cut down on all this. You see, robots scan the web looking and picking up email addresses. I think they’ve picked mine up quite a few times.

It’s a common phrase: The pen is mightier than the sword.

Some words just hit you like a brick. They can make your stomach sink. They can take the words right out of your mouth leaving you absolutely breathless.

It’s what I love about writing and poetry. It’s the challenge of eliciting laughter, tears, and emotions that can’t be described without using even more powerful words. Some people just have that power and they don’t even know it. We all have that power. Some just use it better than others, without even trying.
