I apologize in advance for my ignorance but I don’t watch the news. I’m trying to figure out what is so wrong about Gray Davis?

I’m sure he’s been doing bad things and I don’t doubt that all of California hates him…. but I have yet to hear why.

And please be elaborate in your answers because if you tell me certain things, I may be inclined to respond with “but how’s that different from what any other politician does?” So, include the response to that question as well. I’m so out of the loop.
