In leiu of no one showing up to the New Year’s party here,
I have decided to set up a Coz’s Birthday Bash party next Friday, January 10th in order to get rid of all the beer and food (not that there’s much of it).
Presents are optional and the party will start at 8pm.

I am so sick of fucking potheads. It’s truly an epidemic and there’s nothing I can do about it — and that pisses me the hell off.
I really could go on forever about it but I would like to sum it up with the following:
Euphoria, creativity, relaxment, and all other reasons for smoking pot are all things that should come from within. Marijuana has always been a sign of immaturity with me. John and I used to go back and forth about this for nights on end. He could never quite see it my way but he accepted it. He used to tell me I was so pre-occupied with maturity. Maybe I am. But only in certain aspects of life.
Wouldn’t you rather EARN your enlightenment as opposed to cheating it? Wouldn’t you rather EARN your creativity as opposed to having some mind-altering substance to fuck with it and have it not be from your own heart and mind?
If your answers are “no” then you are weak and you should seriously do some thinking about who you are and why you are.

Recently I was at the Granite Run Mall and found myself eating at the new Chinese restaurant, “Panda Express.”
Now, I’m not here to comment on the luke-warm food, or their rip-off of General Tso’s chicken which they dub “Orange Chicken: A Panda Express Original”
No, no… I am here to comment on their logo and how it’s a BLATENT rip-off of another well known corporate logo.

Can you believe it?
I picked up Norah Jones, finally.
I was disappointed to learn she didn’t write 90% of the songs. “Come Away With Me” is her only song and there are 2 more, I believe, that she co-wrote. The rest are bandmates, or old jazz tunes.
Nevertheless, it’s great music and she has got one of the best voices I’ve ever heard. She sings so well.
Rock on, Norah. I want to hear more songs she wrote.
