So I visit the store for a little bit to see how the new girl is doing on her first day.
I saw my key lab tech outside. She informed me that 2 rolls of someone’s negatives were just ruined.
After some searching around and asking some questions, I found out what the problem was.
The new girl had inserted the film into the machine wrong. They got stuck.
