CALLING ALL INDEPENDANTLY CHALLENGED!!!

Recently, my plans to move out have fell through (no surprise). However, the anticipation of moving out has ceased to expire and thus I am asking anyone out there to apply for a roomate position with yours truly. Preferably in Delaware County somewhere. My cigarette smoking habits must be tolerated and/or encouraged. Stench of rotting corpses must also be tolerated and/or encouraged. Bi-weekly orgies with each others partners may occur. Applicants must have attractive partners. Please, no illegal drug use or big, clunky shoes. Must be well organized, tidy, and quiet. Applicants who are mute will be immediatly considered.

Seriously… anyone out there think they can handle sharing a place with me? Please, let me know!

And thanks guys, for signing the guestbook. You really came through fer me.

I don’t know what’s happening to the internet, but I think half of it just got sucked into the matrix.

I have this Alexa.com toolbar that shows me the statistics of any website I view. Last time I checked I was ranked at about 1.5 million. I notice last night that I am at 488,041.

Something’s wrong, here.

I check out Lane’s site who, on average, receives 64 hits more than me daily.

She is ranked at 904,529.

Something’s definitely wrong, here.

Will someone puh-lease sign the god damned guestbook so I don’t have to keep reading the pig-latin birthday song anymore?

Thank you.

Maybe more later….

Sometimes I honestly feel priveledged to be on a “recommended” list of such a wonderful blog known as Snazzypants. She deserves national Blogger attention. Really. All those “web-celebs” out there are filled with crap content, not unlike my own… but they’re design skills is what make people say “hey, you’re cool. I’m going to blog (link) you.” Then someone else does the same thing and the big revolving circle of pop-culture bloggers sees another good designer and welcomes them into their haven. But, tell me what their content is. Tell me what they have to say. I bet you can’t. You’re too admirable of their design rather than what they have to say which is NOTHING anyway because they’re just trying to get people pay attention to them and make the bullshit content new and fresh to keep them coming so they’re there to witness the new design they have been working on.

But thisthis is what a good blog is all about.

Alright, so the new little table up there is new. The mini cozcam picture will show you the current cam picture. If I’m off line, you’ll be able to see the words OFF LINE on the picture.

Two Important Things

1: The CozCam is back in full effect, however I obviously am only on it when I’m home — which is early evening through early morning.

2: My @home email addresses will soon be dead due to the Comcast merger thingie. I think it’s changing to @comcast.net or something but the safest way for you to ensure your emails get to me is to change all your Coz contact info to coz@cozbaldwin.com. Please make a note of that ASAP.

Everyone keeps reminding me that I haven’t blogged in quite awhile. I appreciate it… but I really haven’t much to say.

I am not sick anymore and I am indeed alive. Work has been hectic the past few days due to short-handedness, but that’s life in the managerial lane. I went to The Point’s open-mic the other night and MAN, WHAT A HOT TICKET THAT PLACE IS!

I really didn’t need to cap all those letters. But really, there were many standing due to over crowdedness. I used to play there when it was just a little open mic spot and you would sign up at the beginning of the night and you could play 3 songs. Now you get one and have to sign up DAYS in advance. Becky’s friend, Katie, plays most weeks as she did this week, too. Very talented girl.

Speaking of Becky, she’s doing some nice blogging. I realized something reading her latest blog… she is able to verbalize what I’ve always felt but never been able to express. Obviously she feels the same way I do (and/or *did* feel) on a lot of things like the whole schpeal on meeting expectations, but I never knew exactly why… so I couldn’t properly express why. Well, now I know that it wasn’t that I didn’t want to go to school or do the work, necessarily, I just didn’t want to be meeting those expectations — OTHER peoples expectations. They weren’t my own… they’re not what I cared about. Well, I’m still not expressing this properly so just go read hers.

Another thing I would like you to do is go HERE and download Kurt’s (Multiplying DeVille) song, Violent Violet. His album is still waiting to be printed but the recording is all done. I’m not sure if this is a final mix or not, but it’s a taste of what to expect. I honestly can’t wait for the thing to come out. I know I have a little piece of piano here and there on the thing, but it’s really his melodies and the fact that he’s doing it in ways that are so rare that really captivate me. Listen to the whole song to the end. It’s at that point that everything comes together and really starts to stick in your head. No, he hasn’t the greatest voice in the world… but it fits the part pretty well.

I’d like to do his website once he decides to get one. We’ll see.

Other than that, there’s really nothing I am privileged enough to share with you. But I will… someday soon.

And by the way, if you run into any errors on this site let me know. I was having a fuck-of-a-time with my host recently, and had to delete a million files and I *could* have accidentally taken away important things.
